Josh was our technician and he was awesome! Super professional and on time. He went the extra mile for us and got... maroon nail polish stains and makeup stains out of our carpet from our kids! He got all our pet stains out and our carpet look feel and smell new! I was amazed at how they turned out. They block your front door so no heat comes in or cold while the door is open and he is cleaning. They have this nifty light that finds pet stains! I was very impressed!
