Josh was our technician and he was awesome! Super professional and on time. He went the extra mile for us and got... maroon nail polish stains and makeup stains out of our carpet from our kids! He got all our pet stains out and our carpet look feel and smell new! I was amazed at how they turned out. They block your front door so no heat comes in or cold while the door is open and he is cleaning. They have this nifty light that finds pet stains! I was very impressed! First, I love how responsive they were to my request for price information. We set an appointment in the time frame I... needed. They showed up on time, took exactly how long they thought it would take, and the price matched what they quoted me. The carpets looked great when they were done. I appreciated the cushions they put up to protect the corner of my walls from any damage from their equipment. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.
