Do you move furniture?

We will move most small furniture (i.e. coffee tables, end tables, dining room chairs, recliners, light sofas, etc.). We typically will not move heavy items (i.e. china cabinets, entertainment centers, armoires, etc.) or anything with electronics and other breakables on or in it. This policy is to ensure the safety of our technicians, and your home or business.

What method of cleaning do you use?

Your carpet cleaning expert will carry out a thorough pre-vacuum service which is vital for removing dry soil before the cleansing process begins. Once carpets have been vacuumed thoroughly, we will utilize an environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning solution. This solution will be used on your entire carpet to soften up tough dirt and oily soils that have built up over time. We utilize a powerful truck-mounted carpet cleaning machine to extract dirt, leaving only a soft, fresh, clean carpet.

Is there a way to protect my carpet from future stains?

We offer Scotchgard™ application for an exclusively cleaner and softer finish long after your carpet is cleaned. Scotchgard™ gives your carpet an “invisible shield” that will make it easy for you to eliminate soil built up over time through your vacuuming. It also penetrates deep in your carpet’s fiber coating to improve its overall resistance to stains.

How much does it cost?

The basic prices are outlined in our Pricing Guide. Additional services require an additional fee, which our carpet cleaning experts will discuss with you during your Professional Evaluation.

What can I expect when the carpet cleaners come?

You can expect your Allklean expert to meet with you to discuss your needs. Once a plan is in place they will do a pre-clean, then they will clean, rinse and dry your carpet. You can expect your Allklean expert to be very professional and to take all necessary measures to protect your home from damage.

How long will it take to dry?

We understand that you may want to use your freshly cleaned carpet immediately. That is why we use a fast-drying process in the final steps of our cleaning service that eliminate any moisture lingering in your carpet. We also use carpet-drying fans to ensure optimum results.

Can I walk on the carpets after it has been cleaned?

Yes! You can absolutely walk on the carpet after it has been cleaned. We recommend wearing a clean pair of socks, or house shoes that you haven’t worn outside, to ensure no soils are ground into your freshly cleaned carpet.

CAUTION: Walking from a damp carpet to a hard surface may make your feet slippery! Please take extra care if doing so.’

Can you treat pet stains and odor?

Yes! At Allklean we pride ourselves on getting the job done right, the first time. Can you guarantee you will get all the stains out of my carpet?

We make sure that your carpet is spotless by treating any tough stains with our special spotting products. Although we can’t guarantee every single stain will be removed, our special spotting products are extremely effective.

What do I need to do to get ready to have my carpets cleaned?

When you’re ready to get your carpets cleaned give us a call or schedule an appointment. If you have any large furniture items that you would like to move they should be moved before we arrive. We will be happy to help with any small furniture (i.e. coffee tables, end tables, dining room chairs, recliners, light sofas, etc.). Please vacuuming prior to our arrival and leave space for your Allklean expert to park closest to front door open. Once we arrive we will take care of the rest!

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

As a general rule you should vacuum your carpet once or twice a week, depending on if you have pets, allergies, smoke or have high traffic in certain rooms.

To keep your carpets in peak condition we suggest getting professional carpet cleaning:

Every 3 to 6 months in high traffic/heavy soil areas
Every 6 to 12 months in medium soil, medium traffic areas
Every 12 to 18 months in light soil/light traffic areas

W: Clean the upholstery fabric with water- based detergent.

S: Clean the upholstery fabric with a water free product, such as dry cleaning solvent.

WS: You may clean the upholstery fabric with either water based cleaner or a water free cleaner, depending on the type of stain

X: This upholstery fabric must be professionally cleaned. You should only vacuum and brush it — never use any type of upholstery cleaner on it yourself.
