Tyler Fox with AllKlean turned a bummer of a leak situation into a much better experience with his professional guidance and amazing attitude. He even helped me work with the insurance company when the needed demo uncovered an electrical issue. A faulty plumbing fixture leaked water throughout my bathroom and into the basement room below — yikes! Our plumber called Allklean to handle the water damage, and they arrived that very same day. I appreciated the booties they wore over their shoes. Wendell Rogers, Project Manager, sat us down to explain everything and took on all our headaches and worries by handling communication with Gold Seal Plumbing and our insurance company. Meanwhile, Seth and his partner dove right in, meticulously tackling my soaked bathroom without hesitation. Great experience with AllKlean! We had water damage from a ruptured water line at our home in Medical Lake, and they were able to dispatch a crew the same day to start assessing and getting things restored. I recently had a guest bathroom water supply line fail, flowing undetected for enough time for water to spread beyond the bathroom, but, far worse yet, down to my finished basement below. The plumbing firm (Gold Seal) that responded to my emergency night-time call to replace the supply line highly recommended AllKlean over all others. I can see why, They responded quickly with specialized water remediation and drying equipment. They have returned daily, taking moisture readings and adjusting their drying equipment accordingly. The process took 2+ weeks, but their efforts and skill have paid off in preventing long term mold and structural damage. After a water leak AllKlean came out very quickly on a Friday night and set up equipment to mitigate the damage. Andrew and Cameron were super helpful on the return visit which required further remediation and quick thinking. Andrew sat with me on the call with the insurance agent to make sure that everything was well taken care of. Given the nightmare circumstances of mitigating water damage, they made it as pain free as possible. Would use again if needed, hopefully never!

AllKlean is awesome! We thought a new leak was winter freeze related. A plumber suggested AllKlean, as they use meters to find the source. I called and Adam arrived within the hour, and a crew came same day who set up dehumidifiers, air cleaners, fans, and containment enclosures. The next day they removed wet drywall, carpet pad, damaged floor laminate, and added machines for drying… AllKlean is very fortunate to have Adam, Andrew, Dawn and the rest of the staff who took care of our remediation process. Every one of them were kind, professional, thorough, and careful. We were doing a remodel on a 100-year old home in Wallace, and had an ice maker valve fail. The leak was very small and went undetected for quite some time until someone noticed the freshly refinished original hardwood flooring cupping from the leaking water. Once the leak was fixed, we called the Allklean boys, and in less than an hour they were on site doing their magic drying the floor out with their state-of-the-art equipment… The once cupped floor looks as good as the unaffected flooring around it. It’s like the leak never happened. Allklean will forever be our first call for any type of remediation, and they should be your first call too!
