How can I protect my home or business safe from COVID-19?
While there is no silver bullet, and you can’t reduce your risk to zero, we can help reduce it significantly by providing you with a comprehensive plan to disinfect regularly, including common touch points that carry the most contamination load. We also offer professional deep cleaning of hard surfaces with an EPA approved disinfectant that is expected to be effective against SARS-COV-2 based on information for harder to kill viruses.
The CDC advises that any disinfection service should be followed by “routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces (for example: tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, sinks)” using an EPA registered disinfectant, following manufacture guidelines.

Is routine carpet cleaning sufficient to protect my family?
According to the CDC – “For soft (porous) surfaces such as carpeted floor, rugs, and drapes, remove visible contamination if present and clean with appropriate cleaners indicated for use on these surfaces. After cleaning…use products with the EPA-approved emerging viral pathogen claims that are suitable for porous surfaces.” After steam cleaning, Allklean can apply an EPA-registered product with this claim to provide additional sanitization. We do not guarantee complete removal of SARS-COV-2.

How are you protecting customers?
Allklean is committed to our customers health and protection. Our work vans and all equipment undergoes daily disinfection, and our technicians are equipped with masks and gloves for any customer who requests them be worn, and hand sanitizer carried on their person at all times. In addition, our company wide policy is not to extend a handshake or have any physical contact with our customers for their protection. You won’t have to feel awkward not returning a handshake!

What if I am sick on the day of my appointment?
If you have a routine cleaning appointment and have a fever or symptoms consistent with COVID-19 please call us to reschedule, in the interest of protecting our technicians. If your appointment is for a professional deep cleaning with a sanitization service, please alert our office so we can take additional precautions. Our technicians follow OSHA guided standards for PPE (personal protection equipment) which includes full face respirators, safety suits and gloves.

Are your products safe for pets and people?
Yes! The health of our customers is of utmost importance to us. We will make our SDS sheets and safety data available to you upon request. If any product requires additional steps to be taken for safety, we will advise you before we commence.

What do you charge for disinfection?
We are working hard to keep our costs affordable for families and businesses. We have several options to keep your cost low. Our initial consultation is free! Any professional disinfection service includes a complimentary plan and tools for continuous cleaning once we are done.
