Outstanding Service! Josh did amazing! Showed up on time with a Phone call 20 minutes before letting me know he was on the way. Our carpets look amazing. I love the confirmation email and text for reminders. The price was very reasonable! Thanks Allklean and Josh for the terrific service.

Sam and Jay came to my house to come up with a plan of treatment for soiled carpets, and discuss stretching the carpet. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the thorough job in explaining what could and couldn't be done, and how great the carpets look after cleaning. Maintaining my new carpets has been difficult with an elderly and sickly dog, and house construction/remodeling. I am so grateful for their service and the timeliness to get in. Thank you. I highly recommend them!

Jay did a fabulous job!
He placed protective mats and corner covers to protect walls and floors. He thoroughly inspected for pet stains before starting and then completed each room efficiently. Besides the great job, Jay was professional and Polite.
I will definitely use Allklean again in the future and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors too!

Josh came at the time that was promised. He was very courteous and attentive. He did a good and thorough job. We also asked him to look at a section of damaged carpet to see if it could be repaired, and he honestly said that it was beyond the scope of what he could do, and refer to carpet installation professionals.

Very quick and efficient. Cleaned two thick wool rugs in 30 minutes. Got rid of animal stains ( you know the type I mean). Rugs were almost completely dry when they left. Outstanding service!!!

This company was highly rated and on the higher pricing end for companies we looked at. I was open to paying a higher price for good quality cleaning but it was as if they didn’t even lift the couch cushions to vacuum or clean the couches themselves. There was debris and stains remaining under the cushions. For what we paid I would have expected a more thorough job.

Jay was the man who cleaned my carpets and he did a great job! He is super friendly and efficient. It only took about an hour and the carpets came out really clean! We will definitely use this company again and hopefully Jay will be our guy!

Great communication from scheduling to completion. The carpets came out beautifully and we were left with a spot cleaner and amazing warranty for future support. Excellent service. Chris was wonderful. Very professional and friendly and he explained the process. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need. Nothing was too much trouble. The carpets look fantastic!! My first reaction was 'wow'! Highly recommend Chris!!

Jay and team at Allklean were very professional and courteous throughout the process. The appointment had a 2 hour window and I was contacted early in that window by Jay to confirm the service and let me know he was on his way. Once here Jay walked through the house with me looking for areas of concern before beginning service. He was very thorough and efficient and left the carpets looking almost brand new! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Overall the service was good. They were able to get out to the house quickly and assess the situation of water damage. The completed work was sufficient. Unfortunately, I was quite confused in the pricing, it was a hefty final bill and we didn’t get know what it was going to cost until after the job was done. The initial quote was a few hundred dollars less that what our bill was even though no extra services were done. All in all, a good job done by the company just expect to pay good money for it!

One of our dogs had some accidents. We attempted to clean the spots up ourselves and made it much, much worse. We called Allklean based on the great reviews are so thankful we did! Not only did they get the spots out, they came back out a second time to get some residual staining at not charge. They had great advice for us if it happened again. Very friendly and professional! We will be recommending to everyone and using again if need be.

James and Jay, hands down, are the best carpet cleaning duo ever! They did a fabulous job cleaning all of the carpets in our house (including the stairs). The carpet looks brand-new again. They were very professional and personable. They called ahead of time, arrived within the service window, protected all of our other floors and walls as they went around, and just did an awesome job. Also, if you didn’t know, James has a new husky puppy at home.

Jay was personable and professional. Our carpets were pretty bad and he got some stains out that I didn't think would come out but some didn't come out that I thought should have. Maybe would have been 5 stars if we hadn't waited so long between cleanings? Jay took care not to tear up wall corners which I really appreciated since the last company did not!

I highly recommend Allklean for your carpet needs. We had a challenging situation with 4 rooms upstairs that all needed carpet restretched and cleaned. They came two days in a row to make it happen, charged what they quoted....even when the job was trickier then they thought. My carpet is now laying nicely without wrinkles, clean, stain free, smells great and I expect it to last us another 10 years. Thank you for your time and patience with us. We will definitely call again when our carpets need care

James did a wonderful job. My tile floors look wonderful. I have tried everything to clean the grout. Looks so much better.
Also cleaned the carpet and got rid of some pet stains. Carpets look so good.

I’m very pleased with the carpet cleaning by James M from Allklean today. He called and confirmed if he could come early. Once here he was professional, flexible as I added another room for cleaning and kind. I appreciate the quality of cleaning as well. My 20 year old carpet looks great. Jeremy and Chris did a totally awesome job cleaning our carpets. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and gave us alternative methods and helpful hints to address any further stains our carpets might acquire. My couch looks new and there is not a smell anymore. Our carpets look so good! He was personable and got everything done in a timely manner. About 3.5 hours.

I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone! I called in the morning hoping for a same day appointment. Obviously there was nothing available but the receptionist called one of the guys, Kevin. His day was booked out but he went out of his way to squeeze me into his busy schedule and my carpets were clean an hour later! He was so nice and professional and did an excellent job. I was impressed by how quickly the carpet dried afterwards. Absolutely no complaints and will use them again in the future!

The owner worked around our busy schedules with above and beyond service. Our flooded basement and kitchen were restored beautifully. The owner challenged the insurance company’s prices and rates and restored our home to our specifications under budget! It was the best experience I could imagine while dealing with the frustration of a significantly damaged home. I highly recommend.

I'm a return customer and will continue to use Allklean Carpet Cleaning and Restoration in the future. This time around Josh cleaned and scotch guarded my large sectional couch. He cleaned an area rug as well as 2 bedroom carpets. One of my carpets had canine vomit that Josh was able to get out easily and was able to scotchguard it for any potential future incidents. Very satisfied with Allklean and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

It isn't difficult to see why Allklean has several hundred reviews with a 5-star average. That's virtually unheard of. That's the sign of a business that offers a great service at a competitive price in a professional and friendly way. After trying a competitor for cleaning our carpets - and being wholly unsatisfied - I called around and found Allklean. I'm glad I did - they will, without question, be my go-to for carpet cleaning from now on. Simply put - they did a great job. Very highly recommended.

This morning some repairmen at our house got mud on our new white carpet I called Allklean and they were able to come within a few hours. Jeremy B. did an amazing job. When I was not satisfied with the first carpet cleaning they called to see how it went. I was honest so they came back and reshampooed and my carpet us beautiful now. Nick was wonderful in the job he did. I own a small property management company, amd he has done such an awesome job on my personal property, as well as the rentals I manage. I had one property in particular that the tenants had 3 dogs that peed all over the house! We thought we were going to have to tear out and replace the carpet, but when Nick finished, you couldn’t even tell!!! The house smelled clean, and the carpets looked completely different. I. A fantastic way. I highly recommend Allklean!!

Our family highly recommends Allklean Carpet Cleaning and Restoration if you are looking for a professional and trustworthy business to clean your carpet. I understand this business specializes in providing additional services but we hired them to clean the carpet in our home so I can only speak to this area of service.

Our need: carpet cleaning. We have a large family including six children that have given the carpet some serious abuse...foot traffic, pet rabbit activities, food & drink spills, coffee spills & stains, etc. This carpet was also installed many years ago by the previous owner and when they passed away, the house became a rental for approximately 5-6 years until our family rented it and eventually purchased it last year. All this to say, the carpet needed a serious cleaning!!

Jeremy Anderson was the technician we had the pleasure of interacting with today. He provided a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to his arrival, was knowledgeable and accommodating regarding our questions and cleaned our carpet with efficiency and excellence. Prior to Jeremy starting the work, he did a walkthrough with me in order to verify and confirm what we needed cleaned and provided the exact cost of the job. I really appreciated him doing this and letting me know this was the information that had been passed onto him from the office assistant and he had just wanted to double check the scope of the job. The communication between the office and the technicians out in the field was seamless and everyone was on the same page. I appreciated this.

It feels like we have a brand new carpet. Thank you Allklean; specifically Jeremy Anderson for helping us clean and improve our home and for being personable with our family.

We have two young boys and a dog and moved into a home with white carpets. Needless to say, are carpets were dirty! Allklean has been a blessing in restoring our carpets and getting out some really bad stains. They do an awesome job and their staff is very professional and considerate. Allklean was great to work with. It was easy to set up a time to have them come out. They were very up front with the prices and the prices they quoted were accurate as to what we ended up paying. Jeremy was awesome! He showed up exactly when we were told he would.He took time to very thoroughly go through the house with a light to find all of the spots that our little jerk of a dog had left his mark. He set up the temporary door to keep our cat from escaping as well as corner guards where needed. Jeremy was very friendly and easy to work with. Almost forgot to mention, the carpets look and smell amazing. The cinnamon scented deodorizer is really nice. We will be using Allklean again in the future!

My first time using Alklean. Previously I used a well known/advertised competitor but they couldn’t come when needed, so I googled and chose to try Alklean. Jeremy B. Was great, even doing inside carpeted closets! Stains I could not get out, he was able to remove. I had considered replacing me 19 year old carpet. My five grown children all say the carpet now looks new. Fantastic and amazing job! Jeremy did awesome work! Yay, for Alklean!

Josh was our technician and he was awesome! Super professional and on time. He went the extra mile for us and got maroon nail polish stains and makeup stains out of our carpet from our kids! He got all our pet stains out and our carpet look feel and smell new! I was amazed at how they turned out. They block your front door so no heat comes in or cold while the door is open and he is cleaning. They have this nifty light that finds pet stains! I was very impressed! Will use and recommend again!

First, I love how responsive they were to my request for price information. We set an appointment in the time frame I needed. They showed up on time, took exactly how long they thought it would take, and the price matched what they quoted me. The carpets looked great when they were done. I appreciated the cushions they put up to protect the corner of my walls from any damage from their equipment. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
